Schleicher Promodul

We service and program all Schleicher drivers of Promodul series. Thanks to the large number of spare parts of Schleicher available in our warehouses, we provide continuous production in many factories. Downtime does not take place or relates to the time of delivery directly from our warehouse in Poland.

Siwarex

We launch and deliver spare parts for weighing systems based on Siemens Siwarex modules. We have experience in continuous weighing systems and in batch dosing systems.

SCADA systems

We have extensive experience in implementing SCADA systems. We specialize in Siemens WinCC. However, at one's request, we can use a different system according to requirements.

PLC programming

We deal with programming PLC - widely known such as Siemens S7 and S5, Allen Bradley, Omron, GE Fanuc as well as less popular such as Mitsubishi, B&R, Schleicher Promodul PDPS, Schleicher Promodul P03, Schleicher Promodul P02, Schleicher Promodul M and Keyence.

Schleicher PDPS - control systems

We are most likely the only company in the world having to offer Schleicher Promodul PDPS programming and systems repair. This type of PLC has been assembled, among others, in ILLIG thermoformers. We can change the programme in the machine or, if necessary, write a programme from scratch.

Polish language in the panel

Still, many machines on the Polish market do not have Polish language version in the operating panels. This is a major obstacle at work from the operator's point of view. Regardless of the manufacturer, our company can upload Polish language into the machine. We also do translations in cooperation with sworn translators. We repair and program HMI of many manufacturers. We support among others: Siemens, Allen Bradley, Proface, UniOp, Mesoma, Rovema, B + M Elektronik, B&R, ESA, Cimrex, CS3, Digalog, Ishida, Yamamoto, Homag, Desma Schuhe, Bosch, Micro Innovations and many others.

Consulting - PLC systems

We provide full support in all control systems available on the market.

We also offer repair and programming of the machines for footwear production. We specialize in older drives based on Schleicher as well as on new control systems.
